Free stuff for employees

Employees inside IR35 (i.e. not self-employed workers) are entitled to allowances that can be expensed to the co-op.

A laptop and other hardware & software

Employees are entitled to machinery and software. See the equipment policy for more information.

Co-working space allowance

Employees are entitled to £80 per month to rent a coworking space for themselves. (Policy agreed February 2023)

GitHub Copilot allowance

Employees are entitled to an annual subscription to Github Copilot (Individual plan). (Policy agreed December 2023)
