When we begin working on a new project, we need to issue a contract, titled General Terms, and a Statement of Work. This happens before any project work begins. These agreements are normally issued by the project steward or project manager.

The General Terms and Statement of Work template are located in Proton Drive via the following path:

• General Terms – when issuing this contract, you shouldn’t need to change anything about it. Just send it as is.
• Statement of Work template – this needs to be created on a per project basis, bespoke for each instance, by making a copy of the template. It outlines the activities we’ve agreed to perform undertake as part of the project.

Both the General Terms and the Statement of Work need need to be electronically signed by both us and the other party. We use Dropbox Sign for this.
